Fee and Cancellation Policy

William Counselling and Consulting Services have a 24-hour cancellation policy for appointments scheduled Monday – Sunday evenings. We encourage our clients to provide us with a cancellation notice in 48 hours if you want to cancel your appointment. This policy applies to all appointments. Please remember at times we have clients on our waiting lists and therefore need sufficient time to offer any cancelled appointments. If you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment or fail to attend this appointment, the full session fee can be charged.
